ICYMI: President Trump x Elon Musk Space on X broke records

According to a report from Fox News, "Elon Musk boast[ed] 1 billion views for 'no limits' X interview with President Trump.

As of 11:34 AM Eastern Time, Trump's Space post received 73 million views alone, per Musk.

You can listen to the full conversation here.

X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, experienced a DDoS cyberattack at the onset of Musk's interview with Trump.

Then, immediately following the live conversation, the fake news media took its opportunity to spread false narratives.

On Tuesday morning, the official BRICS news account wrote in a post on X:

"The fake Western mainstream media has been spreading false narratives about Elon Musk's space with Donald Trump, attempting to paint it as a failure.

They have published numerous misleading headlines, suggesting the event was a "catastrophe." In reality, the interview amassed a combined total of over 1,000,000,000 views in just 12 hours and is the largest space in platform history.

Elon Musk's X platform has effectively dismantled the mainstream media's control over narratives."

President Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social:

"I spent 2 1/2 hours last night talking to Elon, a fantastic guy, getting all-time record Views/hits, and all the Fake News wants to report is that the servers crashed (because of the tremendous volume!), and the show opened a little late. What they should be reporting was the incredible number of people that were listening. I absolutely HATE the Fake News Media. So bad for our Country!"

Patriot Uncensored News reporter Toria Brooke shared play-by-play coverage of the live stream:

Brooke wrote, "President Trump says Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping are at the top of their game, that Putin is an expert negotiator."

"Trump says that it’s a good thing if we have a positive relationship with them; that Obama said North Korea was the biggest issue and Trump solved it "right away."'

"Elon Musk insists to the audience that it’s important to consider if other countries are intimidated or not by the U.S. President as far as national security is concerned, and that it’s important."

President Trump also said that he got along well with Putin and hopes to again.

In a surprising exchange later in the conversation, Elon Musk said he would be happy to assist Trump in abolishing the Department of Education and returning education back to the states.

One of the most poignant parts of the discussion was when President Trump said if he is re-elected, the United States will have an Iron Dome defense system just like Israel. Trump noted that other countries already have Iron Dome’s, but he would not name them.

Trump also mentioned that there are people within the United States who are more dangerous than "the Russia’s and China’s" of the world.

When commenting about his relations with other world leaders, Trump said he 'got along well' with Kim Jong Un, and that they had a great relationship. Trump quipped that the North Korean leader calls Joe Biden "a stupid man."

Trump said Kamala Harris couldn’t have a conversation the way he and Elon Musk did, "Because she’s too stupid."

Elon laughed. However, on Tuesday morning he did offer to host Harris for a similar chat on X.

According to Fox News' report, Elon Musk’s interview with Trump on Monday evening pulled in a combined 1 billion views.

"Combined views of the conversation with @realDonaldTrump and subsequent discussion by other accounts now ~1 billion," Musk posted on his social media platform X early Tuesday morning following the interview.

The message followed a previous post outlining that, "Between 7:47 PM and 10:47 PM ET, President Donald Trump's Space post received 73 million views. During the same period, there were 4 million posts about Elon Musk and President Trump's conversation on 𝕏, generating a total of 998 million views."
